SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We have a no Return policy as most of our products are personalized.

We will accept returns and provide replacement for products which have been received damaged  or with defects and only if the below process is followed by the buyer


Any variation from below will not be eligible for return / replacement / refund

Damages & Defects
Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch for any defects to avoid unnecessary hassles & costs.

In case the courier person brings a package, which is damaged or if the packaging is damaged, kindly do not accept it. Please click a picture of same and share with us immediately. 

If you accept the said package which has been brought in damaged condition or has damaged packing from the courier person then we will not be liable for any refund / return / replacement.

All Buyers are required to make an opening video of the product. Kindly view the video on this page and follow the instructions carefully


Complaints will not be entertained without Opening Video of the Parcel.

Opening Video:
• Opening Video should show the complete parcel from all 4 sides with Original Packing.
• It should be Complete, Uncut, without a pause and show parcel opening from start till end of taking the product out from parcel.

If you have received a Damaged/Defected product, you have to send the product back to us & we’ll replace it. (We bear the replacement & return / forward shipping cost)

Only Replacement will be done for a Damaged Product. In rare cases where the same product is not available, we’ll offer a refund.


Shipping Issues & Tracking
We try to choose the best courier for your shipping location & work with major couriers like DTDC, BlueDart, Professional, Delhivery, Fedex, DHL & Xpressbees.

We will share the courier details once the product is shipped. Shipping can take 2 to 12 days depending on delivery location and prevailing conditions.
